Poppy and Jet are timid cats and is a looking for a special, understanding and patient home…
Now I have arrived at your home, everything is strange and I don’t feel good.
Do not feel impatient if I don’t sleep in my new basket. Yesterday I slept in the dirt.
Do not be terrified if I gobble up my food. Yesterday I had to do it to survive.
Do not get angry if I pee on your floor. Yesterday it did not matter.
Do not be sad if I am afraid of your loving hand. Yesterday I did not have one.
Have patience with me, it’s your world but not yet mine.
If I trust you, I can give you the greatest gift I have to give. MY HEART.
All I need is a bit of time to adjust.

Mom and daughter, Poppy and Jet would like to find a home together.
Poppy came in to rescue from a tough life on the streets with her 3 kittens. She was only a baby herself but has done an amazing job at raising them.
Poppy is understandably a little wary of humans, she has been very protective over her babies but she is gaining in confidence every day and will accept treats happily now. Touch is a work in progress. As she is not even a year old yet, she deserves a home where she can feel safe, loved and learn to be the kitten she missed out on being.
Jet is a fun loving, playful kitten. She is perfectly comfortable in human company and loves to play with you, but is not completely confident with touch yet. She has remained super close with mom so this is most likely learnt behaviour from her.
These 2 beauties can be a little spicy, but what is a little catitude between friends?!
Whoever chooses to open up their hearts and home to these ladies will not regret it. They need a little work to build their confidence, but this will happen much quicker in a home environment than in a pen. Patience and understanding is key but the rewards for that will be amazing.
An indoor home would be fine, or if outdoor access will be allowed, they will need to be kept in for a minimum of 6 months. No busy roads please.
