Vic is a very snuggly boy. He absolutely loves cuddling and is very friendly. He will take a while to settle in a new home and is very shy to start but it will be worth it.
He has been in foster since he was 3 weeks old and has been with cats, dogs and children but only calm ones.
He would be best suited in a quiet home with someone that is home for snuggles.
