Now I have arrived at your home, everything is strange and I don’t feel good.
Do not feel impatient if I don’t sleep in my new basket. Yesterday I slept in the dirt.
Do not be terrified if I gobble up my food. Yesterday I had to do it to survive.
Do not get angry if I pee on your floor. Yesterday it did not matter.
Do not be sad if I am afraid of your loving hand. Yesterday I did not have one.
Have patience with me, it’s your world but not yet mine.

Loved up couple Fren & Fred.These two have such a lovely bond.Fren is not yet ok with human touch but is improving daily.Fred was very timid (hissing, spitting lashing out) when he first came into foster but now he adores fuss, he’ll make biscuits on any surface.The pair have been looked after by young fosters Izzy (11) and Maisy (7), the girls know how to interact with timid cats and Fred warmed to Izzy before foster mom Emily.Fren’s been told off by the vet this week for being overweight so she needs to lose a few lbs….who doesn’t. I’ve said it’s probably because she’s been on kitten food since they came into care, now the kittens have gone to their forever homes they’re back on normal adult food so the weight should start to drop off.Telling them apart; the easiest way is that Fren has a white tipped ear, but you’ll soon learn their personalities.If you can open your heart and home to this loved up pair please do apply.
