These two little girls along with their sister came to us in a sad state. Covered in filth because of poor diet and living conditions, they were in need of immediate attention. Both now are thriving in foster care and gaining by leaps and bounds.
Zara (short haired) is quiet and very attached to the foster mom. Every night there are snuggles which includes biscuit making on a shoulder (a bit painful but worth the love). She is shy and will take some time for the adopter to win her trust, but when they do, she will give her heart completely.
Allie (long haired) is very independent. She has a mind of her own and not afraid to show it. If you are slow getting her meaty food out, she will let you know by using the back of your leg as a scratch post. She too will give snuggles on a night by nuzzling and biscuit making.
Both girls like to sleep on the bed with the foster parents and play with the adult cats in the house. They like a bit of laser pen action and will also bring you toys that they have “killed”.
They do require a bit of a special diet, but costs are not too much more than standard pet food from the mainstream shops. Both are on Grain Free diets as other foods cause gas, bloating and diarrhea. Have experimented with various brands and found the Wellness Core brand the best for their needs.
