Sheeno, Kiko, Kitsune, Okami

Adopted 25/9/23

Sheeno, Kiko, Kitsune, Okami are timid kittens looking for a special, understanding and patient home in two pairs

Now I have arrived at your home, everything is strange and I don’t feel good.
Do not feel impatient if I don’t sleep in my new basket. Yesterday I slept in the dirt.
Do not be terrified if I gobble up my food. Yesterday I had to do it to survive.
Do not get angry if I pee on your floor. Yesterday it did not matter.
Do not be sad if I am afraid of your loving hand. Yesterday I did not have one.
Have patience with me, it’s your world but not yet mine.
If I trust you, I can give you the greatest gift I have to give. MY HEART.
All I need is a bit of time to adjust.

These 4 kittens were born in foster care a few weeks after their mum arrived with her three older boys.
The mum is timid and a few of the kittens are as well. They will need time to settle but are sweet and playful.

Sheeno is the exception. Since she was three weeks old, she has been adventurous and constantly coming for love. She has a wonderful character and just wants love and play. She is white with black patches and would suit any home.

Kitsune is a short haired, dark Tortoiseshell. She is very inquisitive and, once settled, will make a fantastic pair with Sheeno. She does like to chew fingers a bit but not in a nasty way and does not draw blood. She would suit any home but be aware of the chewing with younger children.

Kiko is a medium haired Tortoiseshell. She is very timid and has a bit of an attitude! She is very food orientated so will come around once settled for a nice piece of chicken. She will need more time to settle than the others but is very sweet and loving.

Okami is the only boy of the litter. He is tabby and white and is a sweetie. He is timid but he loves to play. He is best matched with Kiko as they sleep together and get on well. He had an eye infection and although he is totally recovered, he is a bit wary of adults due to needing lots of medication.

There is a dog in the foster home but it is very calm and quiet. They have all had contact with her but are nervous.
They will need a room of their own, away from other pets to settle in and have as a safe space to go to once they start exploring.
