Mozart is a dream boat!! 8 years old & diabetic. He is a sociable boy who loves cuddles and also enjoys the company of other cats and also humans. Mozart is a laid back boy and great with everything. His diabetes is fully under control with his insulin, and it’s a simple injection with a super small needle that he doesn’t even feel now. Please don’t be put off by this even if you have never done it before… none of our volunteers had and when they injected him for the first time they were amazed at how easy it is, and how stress free it is. He really is no different to any other cat needing a home and deserves to be loved in his forever home. He’s a lovely lad and due to his diabetes, we will be covering his vet bills for life regarding this- plus his medication 🙂
Mozart is great with other cats, and to be honest if he eats their dry food it isn’t the end of the world, his insulin keeps him under control and we have had no issue with his blood sugar spiking or dropping when he has shared a pen with other cats and eaten normal dry food for weeks on end, So if you have other cats, please don’t let this put you off. He’s a sweet boy who deserves the best in life.
