Elliott is a timid cat and is looking for a special, understanding and patient home with Nelson
Now I have arrived at your home, everything is strange and I don’t feel good.
Do not feel impatient if I don’t sleep in my new basket. Yesterday I slept in the dirt.
Do not be terrified if I gobble up my food. Yesterday I had to do it to survive.
Do not get angry if I pee on your floor. Yesterday it did not matter.
Do not be sad if I am afraid of your loving hand. Yesterday I did not have one.
Have patience with me, it’s your world but not yet mine.
If I trust you, I can give you the greatest gift I have to give. MY HEART.
All I need is a bit of time to adjust.

Elliott and Nelson have come back into foster after the previous adoption situation did not work out & was out of their control. If you love ginger cats this pair are for you. Nelson is 7 months and Elliott is 7.5 months.
Nelson is a confident, playful and affectionate kitten. He loves to collect things like a little magpie by carrying them in his mouth and hiding them. He loves to curl up in your lap and be stroked and fussed. He loves making biscuits and will curl up on your pillow to snuggle at night, purring like a trooper.
Elliott has a very timid nature and it will take time before he might come round to being petted, even though he clearly loves it. He is led by Nelson and if he hears Nelson purring, he will come to see what is going on and will expect some affection too. He loves to climb and watch the world from a height. If you are patient, you will be rewarded as he is very affectionate and will give you little love nibbles as you stroke him.
Both kittens love to play and act silly with each other, but also will snuggle up and take naps together. Nelson is easy to pick up and carry around, but Elliott doesn’t like to be picked up yet. With time and patience, that may change. They love treats of every kind, especially ham and chicken, but don’t mind dreamies too.
