Doodle

Doodle is our very sweet, young foster boy who would love a comfy sofa to snuggle up on to call his own.

He is around 12 months old and has spent most of that time living as a stray, sheltering in a greenhouse. Thanks to being un-neutered, he got into a fight which caused a large abscess above his eye. This was when he came into care with Stray Cat Rescue Team.

He received treatment for his eye and is now fully recovered. He has been neutered, microchipped and the vet gave his teeth a clean bill of health.

Doodle settled into our home very quickly, he is a laid back fusspot. He loves treats and playtime. He quickly made friends with our young daughter.

We haven’t tested him with other cats, so we can’t say if he’s any friendlier since being neutered, he may be best as an only cat, but we have been advised he’s unfazed by dogs.

Doodle hasn’t shown any interest in getting outside since he came to us, he is excellent with his litter tray, but a home well away from busy roads would be considered. He would need to be kept indoors for 6 months.

Doodle can be a little reserved in new situations, but once he warms up he loves to be fussed and will accept attention from anyone who will give him cuddles and treats.

This boy really deserves a warm, stable home to call his own. Do you have a place he can get comfy?
