TJ, Tyler & Tango are timid cats looking for a special, understanding and patient home…
Now I have arrived at your home, everything is strange and I don’t feel good.
Do not feel impatient if I don’t sleep in my new basket. Yesterday I slept in the dirt.
Do not be terrified if I gobble up my food. Yesterday I had to do it to survive.
Do not get angry if I pee on your floor. Yesterday it did not matter.
Do not be sad if I am afraid of your loving hand. Yesterday I did not have one.
Have patience with me, it’s your world but not yet mine.
If I trust you, I can give you the greatest gift I have to give. MY HEART.
All I need is a bit of time to adjust.
It is finally time to try and find these three stunning siblings their forever home, where they can continue their journey to trusting humans.
TJ (tabby boy, named after his dad Teddy who he is identical to), Tyler (black boy with small white bib) and Tango (all black girl) are approximately 9 months old and have been in foster from around 3 months old.
Having been born on the streets to semi feral parents, these three siblings have been nervous of human interaction from the beginning; BUT, time really does heal all wounds, and they are now starting to be curious rather than fearful.
All three have always had a close bond, sleeping together as youngsters, and playing everyday. They love their tall cat tree and anything they can chase around the room – and when ready to rest, they curl up in a cave bed or their play tunnel.
The three Ts are all in full health and have been neutered and microchipped. Their appetite is very good, and they eat a mixture of dry kitten biscuits and Sheba fish in gravy. A shake of the Dreamies treat tin always rouses them, but they also love a meaty stick or cooked chicken. Tyler and Tango will both take food from my hand now – TJ trys, but usually drops it bless him, as he is the most nervous of the three. He does like to give a little hiss to remind you that he’s still deciding if he likes you, but will also come up for an exploratory sniff if you are sitting in the room – he also has the loudest purr when he is snuggling with his siblings, or playing with my other cat through the pet gate.
Tyler is by far the most inquisitive, and will sit watching me for hours, with the most thoughtful expression on his little face.
Tango can often stand behind her brothers, just in case – but is always the first to the food, and is the only one who has let me stroke her.
Tyler is a lovely tall cat with a beautiful fluffy tail; chunky TJ has the whitest socks and tip of his tail; while Tango is the smallest of the three.
If you have the time and the understanding to give these beauties the chance to get to know you, you will not be disappointed. I don’t know whether they will ever be lap cats – but I do know they love life and each other, and are a joy to watch grow and develop every day.
