pumpkin & Winnie came into rescue after living on the streets as strays. They are both nervous little girls who are looking for a home together where they can continue to gain confidence with patient owners who are happy to work with them to win their trust. They’ve both come a long way considering they’ve likely had little contact with humans before being rescued. Pumpkin likes to sit out and watch whats going on, she finds humans quite interesting and we can see her making improvements daily. She’s now at a stage where she will come out if people are around but we are yet to get within stroking distance of her unless she’s tucked up in bed. If she is snuggled down in bed she will let you gently stroke her forehead. She loves lick e lix so treats and time are the way to win this girly over, and she’ll be eternally grateful when you do. Winnie will pop her head out to see what we’re up to and she happily sits around with us. The white markings on her chin look like a little smile so it’s quite comical when she pokes her head out of bed, tilts it to one side and stares at you with her big white grin. She’s not comfortable having fuss just yet, so we’re looking for a forever home where she will be given the time and patience she needs to learn to trust her new humans. We think no young children would be best while their still learning to trust humans. No busy roads please and home checks and adoption fees apply
