Ryan is a handsome black and white boy, around 8 years old, with a gentle soul who thrives in a calm, peaceful environment.
When Ryan first arrived with us on 21st December 2025, he was absolutely terrified of people. He would hide behind beds or anywhere he could find to escape from human contact. It was heart breaking to see just how frightened he was.
Thanks to plenty of time, patience and understanding, Ryan has slowly started to let his true personality shine through. He now enjoys gentle fuss from the people he has learned to trust, rewarding them with the most beautiful purr. On his bravest days, he has even been known to climb onto a volunteer’s lap for a cuddle which is a huge milestone for this sweet boy.
Ryan is looking for a quiet, patient home where he can continue to build his confidence at his own pace. His new family will need to let him settle in without pressure but the reward of earning his trust is truly something special.
We can’t wait to see Ryan blossom even further in a loving forever home.
