Tasha

Loving girl

Tasha is a timid cat looking for a special, understanding and patient home…

Now I have arrived at your home, everything is strange and I don’t feel good.
Do not feel impatient if I don’t sleep in my new basket. Yesterday I slept in the dirt.
Do not be terrified if I gobble up my food. Yesterday I had to do it to survive.
Do not get angry if I pee on your floor. Yesterday it did not matter.
Do not be sad if I am afraid of your loving hand. Yesterday I did not have one.
Have patience with me, it’s your world but not yet mine.
If I trust you, I can give you the greatest gift I have to give. MY HEART.
All I need is a bit of time to adjust.

Hello, I’m Tasha,

I’m 6 years old and came into rescue from the Birmingham area in April 2023 with Oreo and Marshmallow. I can be a little timid when I first meet new people, but please don’t let that fool you as I’m a very loving girl once I feel safe.

Over the past few months, I’ve grown a lot in confidence, especially with faces I know and trust. I’m looking for a patient, gentle home where I can settle in at my own pace and continue to blossom.

Treats are definitely the way to my heart! I love chicken and dreamies and when I’m comfortable with you, I’ll even lick Lick-e-Lix straight from your finger. I also enjoy playtime especially with dangly string toys as they are my absolute favourite.

I could live with one of my friends from rescue, Oreo or Marshmallow, or I’d be happy in a home with other calm, cat-friendly cats.
If you’re looking for a sweet, sensitive companion and have the love and patience to offer, I’d really love to meet you. Don’t hesitate in filling out an enquiry form for me.

Lots of love, Tasha x
