Do not feel impatient if I don’t sleep in my new basket. Yesterday I slept in the dirt.
Do not be terrified if I gobble up my food. Yesterday I had to do it to survive.
Do not get angry if I pee on your floor. Yesterday it did not matter.
Do not be sad if I am afraid of your loving hand. Yesterday I did not have one.

Peaches came to the Meadows from another rescue after she had spent her life on the streets giving birth and caring for litter after litter. She is wary of humans but is slowly building trust with familiar adults.
Peaches 2 sons, Eric and Ernie, joined us a little while later. Whilst Ernie has found his furever home, Eric remains with Peaches. Eric is a nervous boy but does enjoy a stroke when he is feeling comfortable.
Mother and Son require a calm, loving and patient home where they can become familiar with their new surroundings. With time and patience, we hope to see them both flourish!
