Meet the most amazing cat – Dash!

Where do we start with him … He is the most cuddly and loving cat we have had the pleasure of fostering. But he is also an absolute mad head with truck loads of personality.

He loves to follow you around the house and have you hold him whilst going about your daily tasks. He really loves to be held. If you kneel down he will put his paws on your shoulder for you to pick him up.

He is very inquisitive and loves to explore any opened cupboards.

He is really into playing and we think he was an acrobat in his past life as he jumps so high when playing with his toys. He has especially taken to a ball ball from our Christmas tree that he still runs around the house with. A side note, he climbs the Christmas tree!

Dash got his name from when he was living as a stray. He used to Dash in and out of shops/peoples houses looking for food. This has stayed with him since he has been rescued as anytime he sees you with food he goes hyper and wants it now, we believe this is because every meal he had to scrounge for. Because of this, he has sometimes got a bit mouthy with us when holding his bowl, we believe this is something he will grow out of over time once he knows he will never go hungry again.

Nothing fazes this young gentleman, we can tell he has been through so much in his short life for him to be like this. He isn’t scared of the hoover, washing machine, any loud noises.

He greets strangers like they are his friend and has no qualms being picked up and cuddled by them.

We currently foster Dash with another foster and he has tried to be dominant with her which hasn’t gone down well, Dash is the boss and that’s the only way he will have it. He has previously been with dogs whilst we waited for him to come to us.

He needs a forever family who are always going to give lots of cuddles, play with him and who will be patient with his food habits.

Dash has no Road sense, so a quiet road is essential.
