Bessie – arrived in care weighing 400g and was on the brink of death with pneumonia…. Bessie was so so poorly. It was touch and go for so long and she lived in oxygen for a week. It took weeks to get her better, and the stress was absolutely unreal. Bessie has gone from strength to strength, and also managed to go viral on the internet!
Bessie is the sweetest, funniest, most friendly, loving little girl I know. I wish to god we could keep her, but she deserves to find her forever home with her best friend Presley. Bessie is now in good health, she has scarring on one on her eyes, but it doesn’t effect her sight at all and is from an old viral infection.
Presley is an absolute dreamboat.
Presley came into care when he was found all alone in a garden. Presley has a broken hip which had to be operated on. Presley may always walk with a limp, but is absolutely fine and it will cause no issues. He has a good purr in him, loves a cuddle and loves to run around with Bessie at full speed.
If you’re lying in bed, expect to be used as a trampoline. These guys will run over you, bounce off you, play like absolute nutters, and then cuddle up to you & each other when they get tired.
They eat really well. They have wet food am and pm, and their dry food is down 24 hours a day, so they can graze whenever they like.
The type of home they need is –
Large indoor or a home with a catio,
cat proofed garden…..
OR a home well away from busy roads. If it’s a home where they are going to be going outside, you will absolutely need to keep them in until they turn 12 months of age.
These 2 are super special to us…. So it will be the best home offer, not the first.
They are fine with cat tested dogs and calm children over 6 years old will be fine . They ADORE other cats.
